Please read before reporting a Daikin fault
Ross McKenzie Ltd is the appointed Daikin Service Partner for this area, so in most cases a warranty repair will still be carried out by our engineers. But all warranty faults must be logged with Daikin first so the job is authorised and covered free of charge to you (terms & conditions apply).
Attending a system that's still under manufacturer warranty without Daikin's prior authorisation can make the visit chargeable — so a quick check first avoids delays and unnecessary cost.
What to do
- Identify your system. Have your address, approximate install date and (if you can) the model number from the outdoor unit.
- Contact Daikin UK Homeowner Support (details opposite). They'll confirm whether your system is under warranty.
- If under warranty, Daikin logs the fault and instructs an approved partner — usually us — to attend.
- If out of warranty, get in touch with us directly to arrange a repair or service.
Contact us directly if your system is confirmed out of warranty, you need routine servicing, or Daikin has asked you to contact your installer.
