Can you help me with the heat-pump grant?
Grants of up to £9,000* are available through Home Energy Scotland / the Boiler Upgrade Scheme, and the funding is arranged by you, the homeowner. As MCS-certified installers we provide the system design and fixed-price quote you need to apply, and we are always happy to point you in the right direction. *Grant amounts may vary per project.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Fordyce near Portsoy and cover the whole of the Moray and Aberdeenshire coast — Banff, Buckie, Cullen, Keith, Macduff, Huntly, Elgin, Fraserburgh and the surrounding villages.
Are you Gas Safe registered?
Absolutely. Every gas appliance we install, service or repair is certified by a Gas Safe registered engineer, and we issue all the relevant paperwork including landlord gas safety certificates (CP12).
Can you replace my oil boiler with something greener?
Yes — oil and LPG homes are exactly where an air source heat pump makes the biggest saving, and they qualify for the largest grants. We design hybrid and full heat-pump systems for rural Banffshire properties of every age.
Do you offer emergency call-outs?
We do. If you have no heating or hot water, call 07922 023483. We can’t always answer the phone when we’re on a job, but please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we possibly can.
